TECNOL\u00d3GICO DE ENERGIA E INNOVACION \u201cE-LERNOVA\u201d identificado con NIT. 900.750.134-0 con domicilio principal en la ciudad de CHIA (CUNDINAMARCA) Carrera 7 Kil\u00f3metro 17<\/p>

2. DESCRIPCI\u00d3N ACTIVIDAD.<\/strong><\/p>

Tecnol\u00f3gico de Energ\u00eda e Innovaci\u00f3n \u201cE-LERNOVA\u201d es una Fundaci\u00f3n Sin \u00c1nimo de Lucro y una instituci\u00f3n de educaci\u00f3n superior Privada, con personer\u00eda jur\u00eddica reconocida mediante Resoluci\u00f3n n\u00famero 4283 de 2014-03-27, expedida por el Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n Nacional, con autonom\u00eda administrativa y patrimonial.\u00a0<\/p>

Su car\u00e1cter acad\u00e9mico es el de Instituci\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica. Mediante resoluci\u00f3n 19166 de Noviembre 10 de 2014 le fue ratificada una reforma estatutaria que condujo al cambio de nombre de Fundaci\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica Virtual de Colombia por Tecnol\u00f3gico de Energ\u00eda e Innovaci\u00f3n E-LERNOVA. Fue constituida mediante escritura p\u00fablica n\u00famero tres mil ciento ochenta y cuatro (3184) de la notar\u00eda treinta y ocho (38) de Bogot\u00e1, inscrita el catorce (14) de abril del dos mil catorce (2014)\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

La Fundaci\u00f3n es una instituci\u00f3n de Educaci\u00f3n Superior facultada para ofrecer y desarrollar programas t\u00e9cnicos profesionales y programas de especializaci\u00f3n. La fundaci\u00f3n imparte Educaci\u00f3n Superior a trav\u00e9s de la formaci\u00f3n, capacitaci\u00f3n y perfeccionamiento de profesionales en los campos de acci\u00f3n de la t\u00e9cnica, la ciencia, la tecnolog\u00eda y human\u00edstica; fomentar programas de investigaci\u00f3n y l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n que garanticen la calidad de la educaci\u00f3n en sus diferentes niveles y modalidades.<\/p>
